Camp Soles’s New Owner Plunges Into Lake Tris and the Rejuvenation of Camp!

On April 10, a fearless group dived into the shivery cold of Lake Tris to mark the beginning of new ownership and exciting new opportunities for fun at Camp. Gretl Dupre Galgon, joined by Howie Brightman, Halie Abt, Max King, Sam Tyson, and Finn King, made an inaugural leap into Lake Tris, kicking off what will be a summer of swimming, canoeing, sailing and paddle boarding in our 17-acre beautiful lake. Sixty-five Camp Soles Board members and Father-daughter teams and others came to camp to work on preparing camp for the season and to show their gratitude to Gretl for her generosity in saving Camp Soles.
