DATES AND TIMES:
We book day trips, weekends, and week-long stays for groups of all ages.
We are open year-round with lodges, dining, and meeting spaces.
We book up to a year in advance, so please contact us as early as possible when planning your event.
We often host multiple groups at a time, so activity and program times may need to be scheduled in accordance.
We do not host retreat groups during summer camp (Usually late June through early August). However, we do partner with other organizations to host their summer camp programs. If you are interested in this option, please let us know.
We can accommodate groups of 30 up to 200 overnight. Larger day groups may be accommodated.
Our dining services team can accommodate food allergies and special diets.
We allow responsible alcohol consumption in certain designated areas of the camp with prior permission.
A deposit and signed contract is required to finalize all bookings. Deposit amounts vary.
Our professional staff is available to run activities and programming for you. Additional charges may apply with some activities. Groups have the option to run their own activities if specialized staff are not required. Some activities may not be available depending on weather

Recreation Hall and “Rec Deck” for outdoor meetings, dance parties

Outdoor Living Skills (Firebuilding, Shelter Building and Survival Skills)
LOCAL AREA OPTIONS
Camp Soles is located in the beautiful Laurel Highlands. With a host of outdoor recreation activities to take part in, there are lots of outdoor options available for groups.
Rental groups have very specific needs particular to the group’s participants and interests. It is best for your leader to contact us about accommodating what you most desire in the way of accommodations and activities. Some groups use our facilities as inexpensive lodging for ski days at resorts 5 – 10 miles away, with breakfasts and perhaps box lunches provided. Others take full advantage of the natural beauty and activities within our borders. Some utilize our meeting spaces for their group retreats. Very close to camp, within a 10 – 45 minute drive, are many tourist attractions: Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob, world-renowned Frank Lloyd Wright houses, Flight 93 National Memorial, Ohiopyle whitewater rafting, Seven Springs and Hidden Valley ski resorts (with Spas), Nemacolin Resort (with Spa), Golf courses, Jennerstown Mountain Playhouse.
