HOW MUCH OF A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK?

A 10 percent deposit is required to hold a date. 

CAN I HOLD A DATE WITHOUT PUTTING MONEY DOWN?

No, a deposit must be made in order to hold the date you want. 

WHEN IS MY FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

Your final payment is due the day of your arrival.

CAN I TOUR CAMP SOLES?

Absolutely! We encourage you to come tour camp. Contact our office to set up a day and time. 

CAN I HIRE AN OUTSIDE CATERER TO BRING IN MY FOOD?

You can hire an outside caterer, however there will be an extra fee for use of the kitchen. Caterers must be a professional chef or licensed. 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY MENU?

Our caterer will work with you directly to plan your meals. 

WHAT ACCOMODATIONS ARE OFFERED?

We offer lodging for around 200 people. You can get more information on accommodations by going to our wedding tab and looking under lodging. If you have members of your party that would prefer not to stay in camp housing we can recommend local alternative places for them to stay. 

DO YOU REQUIRE INSURANCE?

Yes! Insurance is required that covers your entire stay at Camp Soles. 

CAN CAMP ACCOMODATE GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES OR REDUCED MOBILITY?

Yes! We do our best to accommodate guests with disabilities. We can work with you to discuss personal needs any guests may have.

IS THERE WI-FI AROUND CAMP?

Camp Soles is a more remote camp but services like Verizon and AT&T tend to have better service. Camp does have Wi-Fi
