EMPLOYMENT
ACCEPTING 2026 SUMMER APPLICATIONS!
Each summer, Camp Soles hires approximately 40 seasonal summer camp staff from around the US and the world. For our staff, Camp Soles is more than “just a job”. It also becomes your home away from home.
All staff experience a full week of training that includes time devoted to safety practices, child development and behavior management, camp activities, and the importance of intentional FUN!
You will have an opportunity to see children flourish under your care, to see yourself grow in a short period of time, to experience real-world problem solving and communication, and develop life-long friendships. Working at camp can truly be life-changing!
We are looking for people:
- Who support our mission to enable children to build friendships, develop responsibility and create memories;
- Who are positive role models to their campers and fellow staff members;
- Who have a genuine love for positively impacting the world around them;
- Who are kind, patient, and have a great sense of humor;
- Who have a love for the outdoors and are happy to share that with children.
